I am dedicating all my time to removing the database errors and it has made great progress. Yesterday (July 26th) we had 22-40 'units' of errors. Today we had 4-5 'units'. That is well over an 80% decrease in errors in just 1 day. Yesterday there were 6 known causes of these errors and all have since been fixed. 1 new known problem appears to be causing the majority of the rest and I am working to fix it. I have applied 4 of 11 improvements so far, so you can expect more progress to be made.
As far as server hardware we are not underpowered and we do not overfill a server. This is why we have plans to purchase our second server. This current server is about 70-80% full and that is where we want to leave it so it remains responsive and fast (once the errors are fixed).
These errors have been a large pain to everyone, but I think you will be happy you were patient and trusted me. My optimistic estimate is that the errors will be eliminated in 1-2 days. My conservative estimate is 1 week. After that we will be providing more features and new services all of which are pop-up free and cost nothing. I will personally be working on support to make sure every topic gets answered promptly and correctly. We will expand our website to make it easier for you to use InvisionFree.
