You need to change your account options to make the time on your board (and this one) show correctly.
Choose My Controls and look for the Board Settings link on the left side. Uncheck the box labelled Is daylight savings time in effect?
These steps will set the clock correctly for your user account. Note that on your forums, each member will have to perform this operation.
