We will be making several changes and additions to the custom skin system this week. Some of the changes may cause problems with your already built custom skins. The following is a list of changes that are expected to affect some of your customizations:
[*]Pre-installed skins - Any CSS code that you added to your wrapper may cause undesired results if your board or any of its members switch to another. Solution: Use the CSS editor
[*]Custom Logo - The default logo will have a forced size as soon as the custom logo feature is available. This will cause distortions if you use the javascript trick to change your logo at the moment. Solution: Remove your javascript image changer code and use macros and the custom logo feature instead.
[*]Wrapper editing changes - In order to prevent conflicts and slower downloads because of extra 'junk' in the wrapper, two restrictions will be added. The javascript that changes images and CSS code will not be allowed in the board wrapper. You can still achieve the same results using faster and easier tools that we provide. Solution: Use image macros and the CSS editor.
By following these suggestions your board should not have skin problems and may download faster in some cases.
