It has been five days since the Support Ticket System has been opened. Since then 2/3 of all support has been requested handled via tickets. The new system ahs allowed Invisionfree to handle every single support request quickly. 100% of all tickets have been replied to (or moved to a: bug to be fixed section) so far. 97% of all tickets at this moment have a staff reply as the last reply to them. (The ticket is either resolved or waiting for a reply from the user) |
