We'd like to extend congratulations to Nicolas, our newest Support Administrator. He'll be taking over the role from Jonathan who will be continuing on as a member of the Support Team.

The Support Administrator role is critical role to the overall InvisionFree and ZetaBoard communities. Nicolas will use his years of experience on the support team to help guide our team of blues in answering the support questions that come up from our community owners. We hope you take this chance to approach him and congratulate him as well.

We also would like to thank Jonathan for his multiple years of excellent service in this position. We're glad you'll be continuing on as part of the Support Team.
