The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy have been updated.

Here is a quick listing of major changes in the Terms of Service:
- Copyright Notice Added.
- Link to Contact Info and Changes added.
- Info for obtaining a written copy of the Terms of Service.
- Reformatted and clarified many sections.
- Fixed typos and spelling errors.
- Section 2: You may not distribute or modify the standard graphics, HTML, or CSS without written permission from IPS. You may not modify and/or remove any copyright notices or labels on the Service
- Section 2 [Clarified]: Backups are the responsibility of the board owner.
- Section 3.1: Cracks, Passwords, and chain letters added as prohibited content.
- Section 3.1: Hacking or cheating for internet/online games added as prohibited content.
- Section 3.1: Hacking clarified as: "Hacking materials or information."
- Section 3.2: Format added as a possible limitation.
- Section 3.5: an exception is granted to boards which have purchased ad removal
- Section 5: IP Address added as a possible ban.
- Section 9: completely re-written.

All future updates to the Terms of Service will be fully described in the ToS Changes Page.
You should re-read the whole document to be sure you fully understand it.
