Welcome to Superhero Month!

Last March, a superhero event was run on the resources board and was met with great success. This year, we've extended the event to a full month and have added the Support board into the mix.

This year is another great year for superheroes. Iron Man 2 will be in theaters this coming Friday. Yesterday the first image of Thor was released. Batman 3's release date has been announced for July 2012. Several other projects are moving along at a good pace.

Turning to television, Smallville has been renewed for a 10th season, a new Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon and Avengers Cartoon are scheduled to premiere this fall along with a new Young Justice cartoon from DC.

Finally, in the world of comics, several large events are starting as others have come to an end. Blackest Night has wrapped up for DC Comics and Brightest Day has begun. In Marvel, Siege is nearly over while Second Coming has had its first major casualty.

It is clear that business is booming in superhero media. We have a lot of great events and games planned this month and we hope you'll take part and share in the fun.
