The terms of service has been updated. The following is a summary of some things that were changed or added.
- [Section 3.1] Gambling was added.
- Section 3.4 added. This deals with ownership, rights to publish, and rights to store any content posted. (You still own any of your posts/uploaded images, but you let InvisionFree store it on the servers and display it on the internet.)
A little side note; the little message (Terms of Service: Updated 4/21/03). May be moved or changed sometime soon.
