It must be difficult being an Express hack. Every day, literally every single normal, everyday thing that's been going on for thousands of years somehow manages to shock you. And then again the next day. It must be a bit like memento, only with worse music.

Sounds like a really easy gig to me -- don't have to do a lot of work, after all. Just pick something from the "we've not used it in six months" file and run with it.

I couldn't handle the self-loathing aspect, sadly, 'cause it's certainly money for old rope.

Whenever I hear about this kind of thing I always try to remember that when anyone types her name into Google they'll discover all these blog posts on the first page. Cheers me right up.

I do tend to think however that some people overreact so much to her and her article, as poorly written and misguided as it appears. I certainly don't feel the need to clench my fists in OTT anger and scream "WHY?" into the sky over it like some peeps do.

I was just saying the other day tht it's disappointing that these nutters always go for schools, when a gun-crazy rampage through, for example, the offices of the Daily Express, would make them the most popular mass murderer since Winston Churchill.

I guess that's the downside to being a nutter, though.

Hm. Rampages are never in media offices, but do make them millions of pounds.
