Name: Alan Kennard Miller
Gender: Male
Age: 14
Place of Birth: Denver, Colorado
Species: Mortal
Appearance: Alan is a young man who due to genetics possesses a fairly athletic looking frame with an average height and weight for a boy his age.
The athletic nature of his physical being is lost however in the uncombed hair that covers his eyes and poor posture that reflects his lack of confidence in public situations. He can typically be seen wearing a t-shirt with a flannel long sleeve shirt, baggy jeans, and worn untied canvas Converse sneakers.
History: Alan’s parents moved to Denver right before his birth when his father’s job in telecommunications transferred his position to a newly acquired company. Born fourth in a family of seven children, Alan lived middle child syndrome and with his father always working and mother very occupied with running the household he developed friendships in elementary school that carried through into junior high that he came to be very dependent upon for his sanity and well-being.
He did not achieve anything outstanding. As an example, in Boy Scout he would earn merit badges and attend the meetings, but he was not on the way to become Eagle Scout. In that situation he maintained a wall flower type status in the troop only going to hang out with friends and go camping.
Alan lived in his imagination a little too often and usually got in trouble for taking things to far.
In school he played games on the Internet instead of working on the computer lab assignment. At home he hid in the basement playing on the game console. As a result, the attention he received was negative and usually when one of his parents was looking for him because they finally noticed that he was not present for dinner.
The thing that really he seems to always take to far is the level of fantasy he carried out after playing fantasy role-playing games like D&D all weekend. One incident included killing the neighbor’s dog that he claimed to be a monster that needed slaying in order to save the princess.
In his world this kind of behavior was similar to that of his other outcast friends, but it consistently landed him in trouble or therapy.
Then it happened, his world truly fell apart. His father received a promotion within the company and had accepted a senior middle management job in Demaitre.
He has just arrived in Demaitre in the middle of his freshman year and without any of his friends.
((OOC: There are no restrictions regarding character interaction. I wish to play him with risk which may include death, turning, or feeding against his will. There is no need to ask.))
