Zero walks through my park boredly. He looked up at a tree trying to find something to do. He climbed up a tall tree looking around at the rest of the park even more bored then before.

"Well hello stranger." The voice came from behind the mortal, it was asked curiously calmly as if he expected to meet a stranger at night in the middle of the park.

Sky stood still, a few feet behind Zero, and just let the drizzling rain drip slowly off of his nose to the floor. He was wearing a leather jacket and black shirt, with worn jeans from which lots of chains gently swung.

*Zero jumped at the sound of Sky's voice. Then he jerked around holding his chest. Then took a few deep breaths.* Oh its only you.....what who are you?*Tilted his head then shivered. Finalling moving his hand back to his pockets.* Is it just me or is it really cold around here?

"A little chilly yes, nothing overly cold" he paused and gently scratched the base of the tree idly. After a few minutes he looked up again. "Why don't you come down? You're more open to the wind in the tree," Sky said casually.

He thrust his hands into his pocket pretending to warm them and felt for the smooth cold surface of his switchblade and twirled it invisibly in the folds of his pocket.

"......Yeah I geuss your right"Jumps down from the tree looking around the rest of the park. He started to get the same feelings he had when he was near the other vampires he knew. Of course he had no Idea they were vampires or why he got this feeling when he was near them.

Sky could tell that Zero was getting that feeling, the same feeling that made people avoid him in the streets or even cross the road all together. Sky thought it best to gain trust first before he bite the mortal, just a sip of his blood nothing more would be satisfying.

He offered his hand quite warmly, "I'm Sky, haven't seen you around here before. Whats your name?"

((I'll bite you in a while, nothing fancy, no objections?))

"Oh I'm Zero, nice to meet you."He took his hand shaking it."Yeah I don't come here much only every now and then. It's a good place to stop and think for a while." He was still a bit on edge but he was strating to calm down alot now. (No objections here.)

"It's an excellent place to come here, especially just to think. I prefer it at night, the lights around the city don't penitrate so much here, but you have to look out of the wierdos at night."

"The Weirdos?"Zero laughed at the thought." I havn't seen any weirdos out here lately infact just you and I don't think your weird."

He sighed, "Don't you notice anything that just seems...odd." And Sky took a step closer to him and half drew his knife out of his pocket but still invisible under his palm.

"Not really I mean just the normal stuff. I do have some strange company of course. Why should I notice something weird?"

"Of course you should, there is something strange in us all."

With that he took another step closer until he was looking right down on Zero. Sky firmly grasped the knife with one hand and the other held Zero's neck making it hard to move or even shout for help.

"Theres something strange in me thats for sure."

He gasped a bit trying to scream then he started to try his best to get away. He was no longer calm at all and now he was trying to bite his arm.

"Keep calm, you're blood pressure'll rise otherwise, then you'll bleed to death."

He said those words 'Keep calm' in a loud firm voice, one of his vampire powers to control using voice. Hopefully Zero would just obey him, he hated when mortals resisted.

Taking the knife he drew a line down the side of Zero's neck, not along an artery but the vein. Soon a trickle began to run from Zero and Sky licked at it eagarly before cupping his entire mouth over it and drinking deeply.

He felt the knife draw across is neck and started to think. Was this how he would die? Killed by some psycho drinking his blood? Then his brain clicked. All those people he had met. The person following him in the alley. The guy he had talked to a few nights ago. This person drinking his blood now. They had all been vampires. Are vampires really real? How could they not be he had a guy drinking his blood right at that moment. These wierd feelings I've been getting were all warnings. They were telling me to get out of there but I ignored it. How could I have been so stupid! Well it doesn't matter know I'm dead now. I wonder how much longer I'll still be able to think and breath. Does it really matter anymore? No it doesn't.

After a few minutes Sky lifted his head up, blood dripped down his chin and from in between his teeth. He pulled a bandage from his back pocket and wiped his mouth before holding it against Zero's wound.

"That wasn't so bad was it?"

"If I could move at all I'd kill you. You blood sucking bastard.."He gritted that through his teeth. He was still in imense pain but if he was going to die he would die trying to defned himself not crying like a coward. He wasn't gonna plee or run if he was to die then let him die.

Sky squeezed on his neck again, this time until the point where Zero could no longer breath. He waited until Zero was coughing and spluttering as he felt the life wind begin to leave him then threw him to the floor.

As Zero fell Sky crouched above him, and closed his eye lids gently whispering, Sleep, and forget.

He spit up the last bit of blood. Then he went out cold. He was out cold soon after. Still unable to breath he was turning blue. He was slowly dying and his body knew this.

Sky backed away from Zero's body, he would wake up soon and have hopefully forgotton. As he skulked away he scanned for anyone who may have witnessed the ordeal, luckilly no one had been in the park that night apart from them and so he would remain undiscovered.

[He woke up hours later remenbering bits and peices of his and sky's "meeting." He was stumbling around not feeling wel at all.

From a rooftop overseeing the park, Sky watched his victim wake and stumble around. Satisfied his victim was alive and well he silently moved on into the shadows of the night.

A few more hours and he'll be alright, just needs to recover blood loss.
