Caylex sat on the swings in the park, singing softly to himself, in German it seems:

He has a beautiful singing voice. He has a black eye and looks a little down. He taps his foot lightly along to the music in his head. He has a backpack with him that looks like it's about to come apart at the seams it's stuffed so full. He touches his hand to his eye and frowns. He also seems to have a few other bruises and small cuts on him.

"I was so stupid...I should never have trusted him..."

"You sing very nicely, you know," came a comment from a nearby tree, a fair-skinned face with almond eyes and blonde hair tucked lightly behind her ears peeking out from behind it now. Chiara stood up and brushed off a bit, coming around to the other side of the tree, her head tilted slightly as she looked to Caylex. "What language was that song in? Sounded nice..."

The girl wore blue jeans that weren't tight on her; hung loosely around her hips, along with a dark green loong-sleeved shirt with a V neck, aglint of silver seen from the necklace she wore, a simple locket. Hair was down, and as mentioned, tucked lightly behind pierced ears, earrings also a deep forest green, the kind that dangled.

(( I kind of started this board for Nico but I guess so. ^^ If it is all right with Nico as well. ^^;;)) Caylex pulls his cell phone from his pocket and speaks while he dials. "German." He puts the phone to his ear, his head is bleeding slightly. He dialed Nico's number...

"Oh, German... Um, I don't mean to interrupt your phone call or anything, but, are you alright? I mean... right here on you head, it's kinda... bleeding a bit," Mai said, gesturing to where the spot would be on her own head.

Caylex shrugs. "I'm fine.... thank you..." He murmurs very politely. He sits and listens to the ringing of the phone, the blood running down his face and over his lips. He licks it away lightly. He closes the phone after a moment and sighs softly.

"Oh, alright, just asking," Mai replied, looking down slightly, kicking the tip of her foot on the ground lightly, and after a moment, looked up. "Hey... Do you, umm, want me to leave you alone? Because if so, I can leave, it's no problem," the girl said, blinking a few times as she watched the person on the swing.

"No... I don't mind... you can stay..." He touches the spot on his head where he is bleeding and sways slightly. "Could you maybe... possibly... tell me if there is somewhere I can stay for the night.... I can't go back to my appartment..."

Her head tilted to the side slightly as she looked to him, then racked her brain for places he could go, to try to answer his question. Though, nothing came to mind. "I'm sorry, I don't know any places you could go. Unless there's a friend you could call, maybe? Or a relative?... I'm sorry I'm not of much help," she apologized, looking away slightly.

Caylex shakes his head slightly. "No... you see... My... flatmate and I just moved here..." He yawns softly. "And things have gone a bit sour..." he shrugs slightly.

"Oh... I see... I'm sorry to hear it. I hope things get better though," Mai replied, looking up, standing up and brushing off from leaning against the tree, and walking over by the swings. "What's your name, if you don't mind my asking? I'm Mai..."

"Caylex..." Caylex wipes the blood from his head and sighs softly.

"It's nice to meet you, Caylex," Mai replied a with a slight smile before biting her lip slightly in thought. 'What to say... What to say...' "You said you moved here rescently, right? What made you decide to?"
