On this evening that was quickly turning to night, a girl sat under a tree. Her hair was blond, reaching about mid back if looking from behind, with it a bit of a curl to it. Almond colored eyes rested on a pad of paper in her lap, pencil scribing along it. Rose tinted lips mouthing words to a song stuck in her mind, but that was unknown to others.

This girl setting at the base of the tree wore a black skirt that reached to her ankles, feet were bare and sandals sat beside them. She wore a snug fitting black spaghetti-string shirt, with a white t-shirt over that, also fitting her figure snuggly, the front low cut, that black spaghetti-string shirt showing. The evening was warm, a small breeze blowing, the sun's last rays slipping behind the horizon, the street lamps of the park starting to flick on. The slender hands that scribed along the paper, and the girl looked up, as if just aware that it was getting late. The girl looked down at the paper, at the story she had started, a small smile tugging at the corner of her rose-tinted lips. "Pretty good," she whispered. This girl was Mai, her curiosity one of great, and she had looked up many things that interested her; things of the supernatural, the paranormal, and things generally related the the Halloween holiday.

Raphiel leaned against the side of a tree, adjusting the black bandana tied around his forehead. This girl... she was pretty, but he had no time for feelings. She seemed to be writing on a tablet... no, she was done. She seemed pleased with her work. He shiver slighty and looked down at his clothes. He was dressed in a tight-fitting T-shirt, with black jeans. The black bandana seemed to cast a shadow over his eyes. As a matter of fact, the who man seemed to be a shadow, not moving... Dressed in pure black. He continued to watch the girl.
