The Yesterday Man. Jada read the name to herself and smiled. She liked it, especially since this night had found her as a bit of a 'yesterday man' herself. The long and flowing, black dress she wore was entirely reminiscient of an era long since passed, but she had awoken with a need to wear it. Having just stumbled into this city that never slept, she found it fascinating and had spent the last night or two exploring it. Jada had already decided she would make it her home, at least for the time being.

Still smiling, she entered the bar silently, immediately grateful for the soft lighting. Artificial lights did not really hurt Jada, they merely bothered her. She did not understand how vampires of other covens were not affected by them. She was born unto the shadows and that was the only place she felt truly comfortable, becoming one with the darkness.

The bartender turned, startled that he was not alone since he had heard no one make their entrance. He stood staring at the peculiar girl for a moment before asking if he could help her.

"Something hot," she stated simply, not caring what it was. She would not drink more than a sip or two of it and mainly wanted it for the reminder it brought her of fresh, warm blood. The bartender nodded, assuming she just wanted to knock off the slight chill from the night and passed her an amber liquid in a glass. The drink steaming in her hands, Jada sat patiently with one eye on the entrance, awaiting her next meal or at least some form of excitement.

After quite some time had passed, Jada sighed quietly and stood, paying the bartender as she left. It seemed that no one would be coming for her tonight, but that did not discourage her.

'I shall just have to come for them then,' She thought to herself as a slow smile spread across her dark red lips. She had been here two nights, now it was time to go find the coven.
