How can the new session be aired on the 14th? Peel isn't on on a Saturday is he? We all knew this wouldn't be the real date didn't we, so when will we hear it?

I thought it was on the 12th (this Thursday), but might be wrong. Could go and check out the old Fall news stuff to be sure.

We show that whether the short sighted phenotype will be an evolutionary stable strategy (and thus lead to the collapse of civilization) depends on the initial proportion of short sighted people relative to people with foresight as well as their relative discount rates. Further we explore some comparative static results that connect the probability of the game continuing and the relative size of the two discount rates to the likelihood that civilization will collapse.

Exactly the same here, am hoping the new tracks that have been played live are included. I'll have to make up for a missed night out at Moorfest which won't come soon enough after the session. Mind you, I don't want to start expecting great things from every Fall outing, it's a dangerous game . . .

That's the one! Though apparently the tape's dated May and omits Conspiracy.

Poor Bennett! They've had major disc & server problems lately, and it sounds like the troubles aren't sorted yet. He's an ace guy though, and a Fall-heavy show is promised in a few weeks!

Definitely. What time's the old fart on, though? BBC website says 23.00 GMT, which means midnight to 2am BST. Is that so? (Just shows how often I can be arsed to listen these days)

Fucking BBC morons! There's no such thing as summer GMT, which you weren't to know but those twats should - this post is at 23.28 BST, 22.28 GMT... so the times they gave are actually BST, not GMT. Thanks for the tip-off, so Chase, if you're out there, it looks like the show is 18.00-20.00 Eastern (=Ohio).
