The orange book "The Fall Lyrics" by Mark E. Smith

Its twenty years ago when it was printed and as a
small celebration and to kill off speculation on E-bay
(last book sold 81pounds !) it has been decided to
release the remainder of the 1st edition books
(a few hundred left )for sale to Fall Fans....

They are on sale as from today ..and can be purchased
from Clayts......

The price is set at 10 pounds which includes post and
packing....

I hope this meets with everyones approval......

I will also be sticking some on eBay at a Buy It Now price of £10 which as Mr C Sinister notes will include P&P :)

I got mine signed by the band in the 80's. During the Brix period. I bought it at a gig. I wish I'd bought the bloody lot!!

I've never even seen a copy. Was it only sold at gigs ?

Without wanting to piss on anyone's bonfire I though you were binging a 2nd book out................I've had the 1st since 1988 and so good it it is that many friends have attempted to tax it without luck..........bought it from some hippy type fellow in the old corn exchange

I wonder if Paul Humphries saw the book. If so, I wonder what he made of it. I hope it gave him something to think about at least. The bloody/blimey spc invader OFF! line would probably break his heart in a feeling bad for the computer in Electric Dreams kind of way or a wishing you could raise the daughter on Small Wonder kind of way. Smart machines are always tricking us humans into loving them. It is almost like this amuses them somehow. The robot from Short Circuit was esp. cruel in this regard.

The huge extra payload could for instance, just an idea, be used to facilitate the upcoming Scandinavian tour consisting of 12 gigs in Copenhagen in feb. 2006.

Fixed price for all. The idea of using eBay was to attract those Fall fans who weren't aware of the existence of this place, the Fall site, etc etc.
