Nearly voted Wonderful or BS.. but reluctantly (I always hate following the herd) have to acknowledge the awesomeness of Damo, Paintwork, LA and Bombast. Those tracks alone necessitate the vote going that way..

Spoilt Victorian Child is massively overshadowed by the Interim version, despite its stupid "who keeps sitting on the mixing-desk?" mix...

I would think that if everyone votes TNSG the best out of all their albums (I think it was #2 behind Hex, actually), it would rank the best out of the Brix albums. Just a thought.

But maybe not. Maybe not having non-Brix albums to choose from, everyone will flock to Kurious Oranj or something... :huh:

PBL and TLUS might be my favourite Brix-era studio albums, but on the former her contributions were minimal and during her second stint she was far less essential to the Fall sound than before.

This would make TNSG my choice shortly ahead of TWAFWO. However in the end I went for the Beggars B-sides compilation because that's the one I listen to the most and it still never fails to excite me.

Never had any problems w/ Brix... Thought The Fall were still Weird and Wonderful, even with her.

I had to pick "Frenz Experiment" because it's in my top three favorite ever Fall albums, but I almost clicked "B-Sides" for the same reasons stated above. For a compilation, it simply burn burn burns... :rollover:

I voted Bend Sinister - I do prefer PBL but as previously mentioned she had little to do with that.

i voted wonderful and frightening world.... my all time favorite fall album.
but most of my favorites are in this list (as i tend to prefer the brix era) such as perverted by language, bend sinister and the frenz experiment.

yeah, i guess 4 of my 5 favorite fall albums are here (only grotesque after the gramme is not brix era).

The Frenz Experiment, but to me my fave album to play is B-Sides, :wub: not a proper album though, but as someone said recently to me, this would be a good starting point for non-Fall listeners, especially disc 2. :unsure:
