i know a some ppl might just leave....but i think some r sort of sacked in the sense that he must hassle ppl til they wanna leave anyway....then if they dont leave in time...someone tells em they r sacked anyway by text message or sth :rolleyes:

The way MES works seems to be a bit like Pete Waterman - the band are secondary to the record, no 'artistic indulgence' etc and maybe this comes out in his attitude towards people in his band. I dunno, maybe it's because he traditionally hires mates and he kinda falls out with them because of the pressures of the band.
