Given The Fall's fondness for the Compilation, isn't it time they gave us what we wanted LIVE ?
I propose "The Fall Compilation Tour". The new band are rock solid, so get them to work on learning some of the oldies and off we go!!

Next LP.
Funny, after years pining for early stuff, I realised what a good thing the "no oldies" attitude was. The Fall's remained vital over the decades because of the endless change, and that means one Fall's output doesn't suit the next (though it might suit the one after that).
I think Pharmacist sounded good on recent tours, the rest I can live without - especially White Lightning, but that was always crap. That's it - my ideal setlist is one without White Lightning!
I'd like to hear PBL revisited, & certainly the newest rock & roll lineup could handle Dragnet very well, but anything after this should be left, even TNSG stuff. White Lightning; sure it only gets played cos the lyrics are easy.
Still, it means bugger all to someone on t'ther side of t'planet, until I find a boot somewhere...
I propose
