OK, here’s the deal. It is a number of years now since I have binned my turntable, and I have all this Fall vinyl gathering dust in the cupboard under the stairs. I don’t want to ebay the stuff, only to see it not sell or go to some profiteering dealer.
I know a lot of people on here collect Fall vinyl, and I’m sure a few holes in collections could be filled with some of this stuff. I want to give my babies a good home. This is not a money making scheme on my part. I have had enjoyment from this stuff over the years, and I simply wish to spread it around now.
The records are all in good condition, I reckon. They were played by me ‘back in the day’, and well looked after, but not in a geeky collector type way.
The one I should elaborate on, I suppose, is the most valuable one. The Fall In A Hole vinyl is mint, but the glue on the cover has failed on one edge. Apart from that, I would say it is perfect for its age.
PM me with your bids on the individual items. Bids of ‘postal costs only’ are OK, but the best bid will get the goodies. I stay in the UK, so you can work out the postal costs to your area. As a rough estimate, £2.50 for a single and £3.50 for an album should cover postage costs to the UK, I suppose.
I go offshore tomorrow for a couple of weeks, returning on Wednesday 25th November. That’s as good a time as any for a cutoff date. PM me your bids, and I will reply to everyone when I get back. Please don’t PM me asking for highest bids. I do not want to turn it into a bidding war. I fully expect most people to have most of this stuff anyway, and most of the items to go for very little.
