I was always led to believe that Angostura Bitter, a product I've used for years, was mainly alcohol and gentian root....are you sure about abuot the bark?

Seeing as the I've already got the points, that can never ever ever be taken away from me, for any reason, I took the liberty of looking on Wikipedia. It has both root and bark in it. I do not know what gives it a bitter taste as I stopped reading the entry at that point.
