I'll update the scores in a bit.

They're the captions to the photos of the four members of Wire.

Fritter - October 25, 2009 05:36 PM (GMT)
10 Matthew Fink might be Doctor Fink out of the New Power Generation, who wore surgeon's clothes (green) or anaethesitist's clothes (blue)

I can feel it in my bones that one of the answers for 10 just has to be " a rapist's mask" - tragically I couldn't name a single member of Samson (or indeed a Samson song) if a gun was pointed at my head but I'm going to plump for Barry Graham as he sounds less wrong than everybody else (before I start systematically working through each name in turn).

delmore - October 25, 2009 05:52 PM (GMT)
12. Lou Reed to Robert Quine

because it is something he would do.

If wrong do I stll get a point?

Ah, Thunderstick perhaps? (I'm not trying to poach your point by the way) :)

I think one of the Barrys wore monk's robes. I'll go for the other Barry, Lawson.

duckpin236 - October 25, 2009 06:03 PM (GMT)
thank you for the point :)

Vic Godard's guitar parts on What's the Matter Boy were also erased whenever he went home for the day but I doubt this is the answer Zoot is looking for either...

Fritter - October 25, 2009 06:13 PM (GMT)
12. Keith Richards to Mick Jagger. Because it's the obvious thing to do.

To his credit, Tommy 'Thomas The' Vance refused to play any Samson records on his Friday Rock Show.

Wow, ooh....was it Mick Jagger to Keith Richards, maybe when they were making Sticky Fingers, which is Mick Taylor's finest hour but Keith was spending a lot of time "in the bathroom"?

No, you've totally blown your second chance and I now offer the question again to everyone else.

12. Keith Richards to Brian Jones, because the latter was too out of 'it'
