Apologies for my absence, class, I got waylaid at the Tate's Futurist Exhibition.

I'm sorry to say there have been no further correct answers apart from:

5: William Blake (Mere Pseud) which is CORRECT! (All three groups have covered or included exerpts of Jerusalem)

3. Drew Daniel of the mighty Matmos is indeed CORRECT! It's a good book with some great interviews with TG.
