Out of curiousity, who's opening for the Fall? the Black Cat's website says The Whips, but didn't their tour get cancelled because of the drummer dying?

Also: I've never been to the Black Cat before. On the site it says something about underaged kids having to have written permission or something from a parent to get in? Is that just bullshit, or what?
