The studio one for certain. Pure as Oranj is okay, but the sloppy sleeves notes, wrong song titles etc really bring it down. Still good to hear Dog is Life in full though.

bring it down?! they elevate it to levels of genius! you are right about dog is life though. i like the energy on Jerusalem. and bad news girl is just very nicely done live.

Myself, I prefer the live show. Took me a while to get hold of it, though, and it may well be one of The Fall's most obscure CDs. The live show is more powerful and has the added bonus of versions of Bremen Nacht and Dead Beat Descendent. Nice booklet to go with it as well. What do you think?

Kurious Oranj has always been a favorite.
Pure as Oranj I have and I think is great. Nice version of Frenz on it too.
I couldnt say which is superior to me, but Kurious has to have the edge because I've known it for like 16 years.
Anyone wanting to pick up I Am Pure As Oranj, there have been a slew of them on eBay very cheap lately. Haven't checked in a couple weeks but they used to be on there pretty regularly.
