• Judith Samuelson's 'Big mistakes in the record shop'

• Saz's Mix Tape

• Barry Bread's Music Shed

• A poignant piece called 'Don't Panic' by Davey B

• Tamara Brown's Pyramid of Sound

• A rant about Bob Dylan by an obsessive fan

---

Send me a message if you'd like a copy. It's free, but an A5 SAE (standard first-class stamp for UK) would be greatly appreciated since I lose a fair bit on printing and postal costs.

And please let me know if you fancy writing something for the fanzine. It would be nice to keep the 'Some concerts I've been to' feature going, so please share your life-changing/banal/awful/wonderful etc gig memories. Or anything else you'd like to contribute about music or otherwise.

Copies to all contributors go in the post in the morning.

Another great issue with plenty of interest. The gigs item is excellent. The Dylan article is tremendous too.

The Dylan article is tremendous too.

Yes. The work of an obviously sick mind. But tremendous.

Deranged, isn't it? I don't think I'll be using that writer again.

Arrived yesterday - thanks Stephen & all involved. Hard to pick something, but I especially enjoyed the Bushell articles, the interviews with Malcolm Middleton and David Gedge, the one about the open mic nights and the gig reports. Curious for the Chameleons now! The Dylan article: I haven't got an iPod and rather seldom listen to music on the computer, so had to imagine it all, but tremendous, indeed.

P.S.: Stephen, I nearly went blind whilst reading your P.S.

Some stagediver smashed mine two years ago. I'm all for seated gigs since then.

It's a really good read. Excellent full colour cover. Quality writing. I'd pay £££s for it. :)

Only just caught up with this - I love the fanzine format in general, still cherish my collection of Beer Frame (the journal if inconspicuous consumption) and Infiltration (for fans of rogue industrial archaeology).

Anyway, here are the things I like especially about the first 3 issues, in no order:

§ The Bob Dylan playlist article
§ Digging out Chameleons records after reading the Script For The Bridge piece
§ Playing The Handsome Family's Last Days Of Wonder again, and STILL not liking it.
§ Laughing like mad at the Most Least Punk concert story - especially the line about "Public § Disgrace's singer, too drunk to stand up, formlornly delivering his vocals whils sitting in the singer from Instant Agony's lap.
§ The interview with Ocko from The Ruislip Iconoclasts.
§ Wondering why 'Video Killed The Radio Star' is in Saz's mix of transport-related songs, and yet neither 'Autobahn' nor 'Trans Europe Express' are.
§ The Pang article by Joanna Lee - all the way through I kept going "Yeah, yeah, dead right!"
§ Alerting me to the existence of totallyradio.co.uk

fanx!

Another very enjoyable issue, I plan on reading all three again in anticipation of the next one. Davey B's artwork is sublime as always. I think the back cover of no. 3 might be my favourite work of his.

Proud to be part of it.
I shall eke it out...
