I have tickets for me and the family for the Fairford air show in a couple of weeks time - anyone know if the Vulcan will be flying?
Latest news is that it has passed its airworthiness tests and has accepted the invitation........

It's at Waddington now and the CAA have issued it with a Permit to Fly and the crew have their Display Authorisation so it's all systems go. Pity I won't be going to Waddington or Fairford...

That must've taken some serious graft by those civvies to get the Vulcan going again - and how much does the fuel cost, blimey? That'll be a grand show if it flies.
