I've started doing a music fanzine entitled Ice Cream For Quo. Issue one is out now*, so if anyone would like a copy, please send me a PM.

Important:
1. The fanzine is free – this is a strictly loss-making venture! – but if you send me an A5 SAE (standard first class stamp for UK) that would certainly help.
2. This is not a Fall fanzine and has zero Fall content.

Issue one features:
• An interview with Mike Bradshaw about his radio show
• Handsome Family interview by Divvey
• Interviews with world-famous record reviewers Adrian Denning and Mark Prindle
• An article and some photos by Joanne Lee
• An article about music addiction by Matthew Harvey
• An amusing rant and artwork by Davey B
• My attempt to review a Bryan Ferry album
• Plus, 'lots, lots more'.

If you would like to write for the next issue, I would be eternally grateful. It does not have to be a 'long-winded article'. Anything – from a list of gigs you've seen to a concert/record review – would be most welcome.

* It would have been out sooner, but the ParcelForce van delivering the mags from the printers was stolen! If anyone finds a box with my name on it in a ditch by the side of a motorway, let me know.

Have you tried digital printing? Can be very competitive if you do it right. By 'small run' what do you mean? How many pages, size etc? Digital printing is basically only full colour so cost may not be comparable with one or two colour offset printing.

from what I recall I liked Divvey's article, the interview with Mike covered a lot, Jo's article had me more puzzled than convinced - cos I tend to experience music differently, but interesting nevertheless. The article about the Kaiser Chiefs I can well relate to. :lol:

But anyway , buy the fanzine you cheapskate Fall fans !
