Ok then a clue: the same vocalist appears on all tracks on 13 and some tracks on 4. Number 13's artist was a member of a group who made one of the other previously guessed albums.

13 is GP by Gram Parsons. (Thanks to your clues.)

(Thinking: So #4 is an album that Gram sings on a few tracks on... or plays something on... or, another vocalist on the GP album appears on #4... Emmylou Harris, maybe... did she sing on all tracks on GP?)

I thought #4 looked familiar, but it turned out that I have #13, but have never heard of #4.
