4. It was in Dublin.
5. Elvis Costello.

12. Bunn (guitar) and Lloyd (percussion) played in an embryonic line-up of Roxy Music.

The answer is FALSE. Simple Minds recorded a Peel session in December 1979 and it was broadcast in January 1980.
Nine more to get.

Are you sure? I always thought it was the Mascara Snake. The story, as I understood it, was that French wanted no part in the photos for TMR, despite all the hard work he'd done on the album.

Zoot, what did you think of Endless Wire? |
Yes, it's from the John Entwistle caption. Well done.
I haven't heard it yet. I got very excited about the idea of it, then never quite got round to buying it, and promptly got interested in hearing a whole load of other things instead. Are you still listening to it all these weeks later?

Yeah, it's definitely John French.
The Mascara Snake is the one on the inside of the cover wearing a psychedelic shower cap.

It's still in the minor rotation, yeah.
I think it might be the best new guitar/rock album I've heard all year.
It's very much along the lines of the 70s stuff-sort of 70% Who's Next, 30% Who Are You?
I always forget how much I like the Who.

In that case I'll definitely like it. I only start getting bored with the Who in about 1984. I even like "Don't Let Go The Coat".
