I'll be there THIS TIME Head Gardener!

Wow I have tons of radio shows collected too and never tire of listening to GRAND MASTER PEEL.

In fact, I was already thinking of making a compilation mix along the lines of what Raz Razzle has already done - good on him! :applaud:

I don't get it, this topic shows 18 replies on the board but I only see three posters and thought this topic was made by HG not kiespijn!

Starsky-Tandoori - February 3, 2012 06:54 PM (GMT)
There was a thread about' What's on your Radio', maybe there's been a faulty merge.

Maybe - there have been a lot of funny glitches lately with Invision.

Most likely a thread started during the great forum crash of 2006 or 2007 (can't remember exactly when it was but around then) when about 6 months or so of posts were lost

That was the first 6 months of me being registered here. It was like going into the Witness Protection Program - a clean slate with no bad smells lingering from the past. Plenty of stinkers since then though. :(

I really like John Cavanagh's Soundwave program:

and came up with this one, powers that be can merge if they need to!

YES! :D I have a loads of other stuff from MJ Hibbett
to Don Cherry to 50ft Hose, as well as The Fall, Gorkys
and other tunes the great man would have approved of
as well as Raz's mix - which is from about half 10 if i'm honest

Tuned in 22.04 - A Forest is playing but it's a bit scratchy and jumpy - poss the connnection?

Probably the radio recording - some of mine are a bit dodgy - kind of adds to the pleasure too though for us analogue freaks - The Fall are on now too. :D

EDIT: Was that you on the MIC then HG? I always thought about doing a live set on Jangle but don't reckon I have the voice for it - some ppl say I do but I think they are just being kind.

yeah a few folks complaining about the skipping tonight - I think we were overloaded a bit as there were lots tuned in and the servers tend to struggle when the listener figures go up

Yeah you know when you put my last mix out and I missed it, can't wait until chance for another one, next time I'll make sure I'm there to listen.

I just heard a trailer for a programme about Kraftwerk on radio 6.

Apologies if someone else has given a heads up elsewhere.

^^ That was terrific, thanks, all the better for Jarvis' commentary and great interviews too. Too think there was a time when something like 'Rubycon' could go Top 20...

Thanks for that.

Cerys Matthews on 6Music does have fantastic taste, and a lovely voice, even when she's not playing Kraftwerk.
