The other messageboard I frequent (for work) is generally quite tedious, with eleven year old girls bickering about who's (not) friends with who. But the most recent pointless debate made me chuckle. One girl asked "How many sleepovers have you been to?" and people replied with more and more... 5... 7... 26... 53... until eventually someone said they'd been to a million. The response was as follows:

Although i doubt the queen has been to that many sleepovers even though she is the queen. I've been to 36 because i'm 17 and i go to them all the time at my mates house and we stay up really late lol and we ate a whole tub of ice cream it was chocolate.

edit: oh gosh. I am incredibly tempted to post a "how many sleepovers have you been to?" thread

I'd like to send the Queen out and see how many different parties, sleepovers etc she can successfully gatecrash, and make it into a comedy reality show for Channel 4.

I hate reality TV, but that's the greatest show idea I've ever heard.

The most amusing thing I've read this week... which this reminded me of for some reason... was... well, go into a supermarket, find the Coleen McLoughlin fitness DVD (she's Wayne Rooney's partner, I believe) and read the sticker on it. I can't find it anywhere online (the sticker that is), which is a tremendous pity.
