Heard a bit more from JB.. it looks like Bubblegum is a certain to be the first single from the new album, it's not yet known whether it will come out before or after the album.

He's working on B-Sides for it at the moment so looks like it'll have some more new songs on it too rather than remixes/demos.. yay! :D

No news on release dates just yet but it's starting to sound like it won't be too long now.. so erm, yay again!

That just leaves the label and getting a live/permanent band to sort out. For the former, I recommended to him that he should try Mighty Atom, who recently signed 3 Colours Red.

XL-Recordings may be a good bet. They always seem to like to take chances with less well-known acts, who have the potential to be big sellers (seems about right for Silver Sun). Other acts signed are Basement Jaxx, The Avalanches, Badly Drawn Boy, and The White Stripes. All alternative acts who are now recognised.

woo! i got some ebay cd singles recently, namely lava, too much.. and julia. xanadu is the best b-side followed by changing. but reasons to live is perfect.

yes! XL are great. a friend of mine (oh yeah!) knows b.d.b and he likes them.

A used copy is being sold on Amazon in 'like new' condition for £9.
