Ah, yes! I liked "Lie Back And Think Of England". Hadn't listened to it in a while and forgot how good it was.

Free stuff's always good. However, if you want to put anything out in the near future that you want money in return for, that's cool too... he said cheekily.

Ah! And "Victorian Spaceman" has a bit of a Mr. Blue Sky-vibe to it. Please don't hate me for saying that...

I know you've kind of lost it a bit with Myspace and Facebook before - understandable in many respects because there's a lot of extraneous nonsense on there, but I believe there's a lot of use in them for musicians - so I hope you keep this one going because I think it's a good idea.

Agree with Damian - it's got the Mr Blue Sky tempo to it. It's a bit of a melody rollercoaster - heads off into unsuspecting places and throws you around a bit - difficult to guess what cord's coming at you next! Bit of a departure from the norm - even in comparison with LB&TOE and SWAP, SHAP. Really like it! Cool pics too. More per favore! :D

I didn't realise that She Wants a Puppy was part of the trilogy. I'd been dying to hear more about that for ages!

Apart from Victorian Spaceman I've got all of these tracks already (either from the bootlegs or the albums). Now bootleg Disappear Here and Dad's Weird Dream demos...

It isn't easy to do, but it is possible. I'm not sure how James would feel about it.

i am really really liking the new song up there at the moment - for anyone who hasn't seen, it's a disco-retro sort of jobbie but unabashedly Silver Sun. And, as is the mark of any good SS song, it's stuck in my head! hurrah. :D

I keep wanting to use the phrase "the acceptable face of disco" but a) is 'acceptable' a good thing? and 2) what's wrong with disco? So I won't say it. But yes, I like it v much.

disco is always acceptable, especially if it's the SS disco! that would be a fun place to dance!

( i think as it's the exception to the generalness of everything... it's good. )

I also like the disco Silver Sun. I couldn't handle a whole album of that, mind. But one or two would do nicely.

Hello all, iam new to this forum but have long been a fan of silversun and am loving this unreleased stuff particularly the Neo Wave stuff(one of my fave albums ever).Does anyone know if this stuff is definatley gonna be available on itunes?

Hi! Welcome to the board. I haven't got iTunes but I'm pretty sure most/all of the previously unreleased stuff is already up there. Damian?

Erm... I don't know any more really, but we could ask James. He said he was uploading everything to iTunes but the first B-sides compilation ("B Is For Silver Sun") seems to have been as far as it goes to date. Will investigate!

(Or if James is reading this and wants to fill us in...)
