For anyone even remotely interested in The Charlatans, they released their new album today for free through Xfm's website:
http://www.xfm.co.uk/news/2008/download-ch...-album-for-freeThere is no catch at all, no registering, nothing. Just a zip file to download. Seems awfully decent of them. Especially as it's the best thing they've done since Wonderland...
Oh yes. With brand new songs from Feeder (free from
feederweb.com) and James today, and three members leaving one of my favourite bands only for two former members to rejoin, I forgot about this.
Rude not to, really. Particularly after today's hassle with downloading, or rather failing to download, the new Nine Inch Nails stuff which we paid for (alright, only about the price of a 2 litre bottle of Coke, but still).
