One day he said he'd put it in the loft out of the way, but that I could get it out whenever I wanted. Of course, I did want to have a go on it, but we turned the loft upside down, and later even demolished and rebuilt it, and the accordion never reappeared. No idea what he really did with it. But then I did once rescue my mum's valuable vintage train set from a skip, when my dad claimed he'd thrown "an empty box" away.
Anyway, well done on the song! Is it a one-off or are you going to do stuff with your brother regularly?
I recorded a couple of songs with him a while back (he recorded, i performed) and, he's constantly doing music stuff with various people. I just taught myself accordian recently - this tune is the most complicated thing i can play.
Heehee, i like the idea of you demolishing and rebuidling your loft in search of an accordian.
I'm writing songs all the time, occasionaly i manage to finish one (like this) it just happens that my brother came home form work at the time that i was finishing it, and did some oohs and aahs and eventually harmonies for the whole song :P
