Title: Richard Sayce On T'telly!
Description: its true, y'know!

I was watching a nice programme on the old tellybox this evening, about London and architecture and skylines and such. Good programme, called Building Britain...(on at 7.30 this evening).

So, watching the programme, near the end, there's a bit where the presenter is discussing the impact of tall buildings on the skyline of London. Cut to a room somewhere, where people are assembling what looks like a scale model of London, in 3D. Someone who looks sort of familiar pops onto the screen for a couple of seconds.

It's only when I hear the words "I'm Richard Sayce, and I make models..." do all the bits of the jigsaw slot into place. (forgive me for this; i am quite dim!) and the realisation dawned!

Was rather interesting - big big pointy models of skyscrapers not yet built and that... anyway, yes, thought I should put this on here, as it was a bit bizarre, but good nontheless!

I saw it too! The valves on our set top box were just warming up, and I thought I saw Richard's face slide off-screen... I thought, Oh crikey, I'm having Silver Sun dreams when I'm awake now, but then I put it on BBC 1 and ta da! I'm not seeing things after all.
