Bought this slice of jock rock from Tescos, on offer, last week. Nice to hear regional accents so lovingly reproduced. Played it a couple of times, and there's some good stuff, though I have to admit to finding some of it quite irritating, and it's a bit too long!

I know they're heralded as the Next Big Thing, but then again, who hasn't?

I just find them to be really average. There's nothing wrong with it per se, but there's much more interesting bands out there getting less credit. This happened last year with Arctic Monkeys, but I thought they deserved it.

Talking of which, was amused to discover that the new Arctic Monkeys single will be called "Brianstorm". That's not a misprint.

I liked 'Same Jeans', can't say I've heard anything else... from which you can deduce that, although I liked it (and gave it a 4/5 review on another site), it wasn't enough to inspire me to get the album.

I'll give it a listen next time I fire Napster up...
