Do:

-Make advertisement boards on Neo.
-Neomail invitations to people you notice are good roleplayers.
-Neomail people in genres like HP, Vampire, or Medieval Fantasy and ask them to consider Modern Fantasy.
- Advertise on Livejournal.
- Advertise on other RP forums.
- Use the neoboards to find other RP forums to advertise on.
- Invite your other RP buddies.

Don't:

- Send out random spam neomails to anyone and everyone.
- Send obviously impersonal neomails with advertisements (like bland copy and paste).
- Post adverts on other people's neoboards.

B) Advertising on Neopets, no matter how relentless, does not pay off. More people show up randomly in the dead of night than off Neo.
