Title: Wet t-shirt contest
Description: -F'r Katkat love ^^
Arcane Blood - August 9, 2005 09:06 PM (GMT)
It was raining outside, a downpour by the will of whatever god controlled the weather. A fresh and cool summer rain though heavy in contrast to the hot and light air outside.
Krisstopher Maxwell, a familiar face at this coffee shop sauntered in looking like he always did. Like a model strutting his stuff on the catwalk, overly confident and overly beautiful. Wide and serious green eyes were left without eye-liner, and deep pink thin and luscious lips didn't need lipstick to make them appear beautiful.
Wet white t-shirt clung to his obviously toned body and wet black hair did the same. His jeans looked tight enough to be sown on and very thoroughly soaked too, a pair of handcuffs dangling from his pants. He leaned up against the counter while he waited in line, black hair hanging limply in his face.
He shook his head a little like a wet dog, wet hair spraying droplets of water everywhere and annoying people who were dry. A stick of a lollipop hung out from the side of his mouth and despite the fact he was wet, he was still smirking.
Kaylee - August 9, 2005 09:36 PM (GMT)
It seemed that everyone was in a hurry today to get inside, some weren't, like Ziggy. You aren't going to melt if you stay out here, and it isn't cold enough to get you sick. He had been out there, walking for a long time without any cover but his clothes. His leather hat had kept the rain from getting in his face but it didn't help with keeping his hair dry. He had been trying to find a pineapple, but it seemed either everyone else loved them or they didn't import them here.
Which kinda sucked since he was having a craving for pineapples or something sweet like that. Thus he decided to go to this coffee shop that everyone was always talking about, he had seen it several times, but had felt no need to got there. Now he was, becuase of the wonderful sweets he'd heard about. He was up at the door, opening it and with a blast of cold air he realized why so many people would hurry to get inside.
Because being soaked through and a/c does not mix very well. Of course a soaking wet cowboy got him many stares, appreciative or not. His boots clicked against the floor, but were dulled by the water, it's a good thing he hadn't worn his sandals there would be sloshing noises instead. He peered around, walking up to the counter, whole body dripping. The small white shirt on him, completely see through and sticking to his torso, revealing the tanned chest and back very well. He didn't care though, normally he would have taken off hsi shirt but this is a place where you have to have a shirt.
It was rather annoying since many people hardly wore what one could call 'clothing', little straps covering their unmentionables. He snorted, tipping his hat up slightly and hooking a finger into the belt strap of his almost too tight levis. The looked tight enough so that he wouldn't even need that thick black belt he was wearing but he wore it anyways, he couldn't wear his buckles if he didn't. Speaking of buckles, some may wonder why he hasn't fallen over with one the size he was wearing.
It was silver, very ornate rectanle with studs and a heart, a cute little thing from a female friend of his, she was a real sweetie. He smiled thinking about her, making his way up to the counter too, leaning forward against it, behind back and his back arched up. He nodded to the attractive man to his side and waited for his turn at this particular register.
((Wah Nie! ;; 'm sorry I have to go now and probably won't be back on >.o but I promise I will be on tommorow! :3 :lufflesandsnuggles: ))
Arcane Blood - August 10, 2005 04:21 PM (GMT)
Kriss rolled the candy in his mouth with his tongue, the strawberry flavored lollipop clicking against his teeth and his tongue ring as he did so. He hated standing around but he looked like he didn’t care, dripping onto the floor and standing perfectly still as to cause the formation of a puddle. The smirk didn’t fade when the cowboy slid to the register beside him but only widened, and Kriss slipped a hand inside his own pants near the hip. Screw pockets, it was just skin against skin. If you couldn’t see his underwear, that was because he wasn’t wearing any.
His lips twisted and he stepped forward as the line progressed, running his free hand through his wet black hair, lightly dusting people with rainwater. In Kriss’ opinion, they should be lucky to have him standing before them in all his elegance and beauty.
Wide and serious green eyes softened just a little into sharp amusement and a curious hint that just vaguely lit them up.
Kaylee - August 11, 2005 02:48 AM (GMT)
A bit full of himself, wasn't he? Ziggy had noticed him and while he found the man attractive, he rather intimidated the Zig. The boy licked his lips, looking over the menu, what to get what to get. Anything with pineapple? He moved up with the line, one person ahead of him and then it would be his turn.
There really didn't seem to be anything with pineapple and he frowned, or at least tried to. No matter what, his frowns always look like pouts, that lower lip of his sticking out, making him look even younger. It was rather frusterating, but right now he didn't care, he was too busy looking for something with pineapples.
A tan hand reached up and plucked the hat from his head, and he too shook his head, water spraying everywhere, using his hand to get rid of the water before replacing the hat back on. He snuffled, pout still on his face and large green eyes looking over the menu and displays. Maybe he'd just get something spicy instead, something warm too.
His usually pink lips were taking on a blue undertone, and he was shivering as he stepped up finally to the cashier.
"Hello cowboy, what can I get you?"
A young girl was working this one, and she was gorgeous, big blue eyes and blonde hair. She was giving him one of those looks that stated that she was clearly interested. Very nice. Too bad Ziggy wasn't really interested in females, she was a doll. He flashed his charming smile and nodded, tipping his hat.
"Evenin' lil' missy," Yup, still talks like his father, even still has a hint of that Texas accent in that smooth voice, "I'm interested in a large cup of Chai tea aaand..." What else should he get? Something with bread? Something chocolately? He tried to hide a rather disgusted expression, all sweets, nothing very spicey. He gave a shrug, "...and that will be all m'am."
The lovely girl, Linda, giggled and nodded, typing into the cash register his total. The familar ding of the cash register and she gave him his total, something expensive. He pulled out a wallet that soemhow was able to fit in his back pocket. It was black and leather, obviously expensive and most likely ruined from the rain. He obviously didn't care as he pulled out the amount needed, making a face at the slightly soggy bills.
The girl didn't complain though, simply took them from his hand, brushing her fingers against his. He still smiled and she still giggled. She said something about it being ready in just a moment and to wait over there where she pointed. He walked without thinking, face blank and looking rather...ditzy.
Hopefully this wouldn't take too long, he really wanted something warm.
Arcane Blood - August 11, 2005 07:39 PM (GMT)
Kriss shifted and frowned, eye still on Ziggy as he walked up to the counter leaning easily against it. Click click click went the pop rolling across his teeth. Bastards. All of them. Especially the bitch operating the cash register on the other side of him, eying up the cute cowboy. The hell? That was his job.
He placed paled and sledner fingers on the counter looking the young boy who was serving him in the eyes with a wide and charming smile lighting his face. Click click.
"Just coffee, please." He dripped onto the counter as he leaned over, green eyes clearly unamused. "No sugar, no cream. Black." He had to make the point clear so the boy wouldn't screw up as Kriss expected him to. He waited for people to screw up all the time. He tried to give them impossible tasks, set them up to fail. But this task was not that hard this time. He was lucky Kriss was feeling generous today.
Click. Click click click click click. Drip drip drip. Surely that must be hellishly annoying to the customers in the back of him but they're obviously too intimidated by Kriss to say anything.
Silently he slipped surprisingly dry bills onto the counter, piercing green gaze watching. Waiting. Kriss pocketed the wallet again, tapping fingertips on the counter.
Finally the boy returned with the hot coffee and with a nod he took it and made his way to the tables to follow that cute piece of ass. Expectantly the people near him parted like the see did for Moses as he sauntered up to the little cutie with the leather hat.
Kaylee - August 11, 2005 08:07 PM (GMT)
About the time Kriss had got his coffee, this 'cute peice of ass' was walking over to a booth, shivering as if he was laying naked in a pile of snow and ice. While he didn't feel /that/ cold, he was still pretty damned cold. Why do they have to have a/c on when it isn't really that hot to begin with? Must be to get the people to buy their overly expensive hot drinks.
There was one last booth left, tucked in a corner, empty of course. It was quieter in this area, the other places were buzzing with noise and while he didn't mind noise, so many people talking gave him a slight headache. He had the bad luck though, to be rather close to an a/c vent. It was splitting headache verses freezing. He might as well take freezing.
He slid into the cold booth, setting the cup of Chai tea onto the table as he shifted around to get into a comfortable position. Finding it, knees tucked against his chest, he picked up his tea and took a long sip. It wasn't bad. A droplet trailed down his lip but he licked it with his long tongue before it was wasted.
He looked up soft, large green eyes curious as he studied the people in the shop. There were quite a few different sorts of people in this shop, Goths, Emos, Preps, college students, Nerds, Weirdos, business men...a lot of different people. The music was slightly different too, like a subtle rock techno mixture. How odd.
Another sip, his lips were pink once again and even his hair looked slightly less wet. But everything else was still wet. He shifted slightly, he felt as though he was being watched and he looked around, a few people were staring at him, including that really attractive man. He decided to keep quiet and looked down shyly to his cup. Staring always made him feel uncomfortable, some of the looks were almost violating though. A shiver. How unnerving.
Arcane Blood - August 11, 2005 08:23 PM (GMT)
Smiling at the shyness of the other man Kriss quietly slid near the table he sat at, leaving the candy alone for a minute. Blasts of cold air from the a/c played with Kriss' wet and slightly tangled hair. He rested his elbows on the other side of the table, simply looking at Ziggy. With one hand he tucked a strand of hair behind his ear, the other holding his coffee.
"Howdy, doll." Click click click yet again. Kriss sucked on the lollipop in thought.
"You're lookin' awfully cold. Mind if I sit next to you?" Pleasant and charming smile.
Kaylee - August 11, 2005 09:00 PM (GMT)
The sound of the other's voice brought attention from Ziggy and he looked up, pretty pink mouth open slightly. Was the guy talking to him? Obviously he was. The cowboy's stomach fluttered, and an almost unnocticeable blush came over his cheeks. He always got meek around men, how mortifying. He nodded, titling his hat in the usual fasion.
"Howdy..."
Ziggy subconsciously licked his mouth, pondering. It was obvious that he was rather intimidated by this gorgeous person. His current expression of shyness fit him, softening his eyes and face. He could hardly keep his eyes up, the other was so overwhelming, it made him feel small.
Ziggy had almost been too distracted to hear the other, but he did and that only further added to the blush, it was slightly noticeable now and the poor cowboy was trying to hide it. Another lick of the lips and then he shook his head, he was rather quiet but luckily his voice didn't wobble.
"No, no...I don't mind at all."
He couldn't help it really, and he let himself smile. Simple and lovely on his face, it suited him better than any expressions, matched maybe only by the little grin of his.
Arcane Blood - August 11, 2005 10:06 PM (GMT)
Kriss could see the faint blushing and the licking of the lips. Both were signs of nervousness, meekness, and signs that he probably had a good chance of picking this guy up. He looked young, sounded young, acted young. Hell, he wasn't a bad catch at all.
The smile on his face dissipated into a small and friendly seeming grin and he slipped beside Ziggy, perhaps sitting a bit too close to him.
"So, what's your name, hon?"
Kaylee - August 11, 2005 11:52 PM (GMT)
The other was a bit close, but happened to be warmer than he was, and not quite as wet. But he didn't want to get him really wet. What a girl. Ziggy blinked, looking up from the table to the man's face. What's his name? Damien of course, but he isn't too fond of that name but it's polite. He smiled back, some confidence coming and took another sip of his tea, the warmth soothing him. But he was still shivering.
"Damien Ziven Wilder, please though, call me Ziggy."
Cause that is his nickname after all. So what if he says his whole name? Some people give him weird looks when he says 'I'm Damien, please call me Ziggy' so he just sticks with his whole name. A snuffle and he rubbed the tip of his nose before taking another sip of his tea. This drink was addictive.
"And yours?"
It also made him feel better and slightly more comfortably and his smile began to look less and less strained and nervous. He was feeling slightly more confident. But he was still no where near Kriss's confidence. And one single negative look could squash Zig. Kriss best try to be careful...just a little. For now at least.
Arcane Blood - August 12, 2005 05:03 PM (GMT)
"Fair enough, Ziggy." He said quietly, cooing faintly as if trying to coax a small and afraid kitten out of its hiding place. Kriss knew when and when not to use certain tones, when to control himself and when to not. He was being a good little beastie and controlling himself.
He drew the coffee to his lips, took a sip of the bitter liquid.
"Officer Krisstoph Maxwell." He grinned. "And I believe you're under arrest."
C'mon Ziggy, get nervous.
Kaylee - August 12, 2005 05:28 PM (GMT)
Small and afraid kitten is pretty much what Ziggy is right now. Save for the fact he isn't a kitten, though he would look good in kitty ears. He liked the way the other said his name, made a shiver go up his spine. Then the other introduced himself, and Ziggy blinked in surprise, officer? And what was that? His eyes widened even more so, a rather cute expression of bewilderment and disbelief on his face. He couldn't say much more than a noise.
"Fwee?"
It was like a squeak, a noise that his Mother had made whenever she was shocked, and it rubbed off onto Ziggy. Not the most masculine of noises either really. It did make him nervous though, he had backed up slightly, looking over Kriss' face as if saying 'Huh?' instead of making noises. His mouth was now hanging open and he was blinking. And that's about all he was doing really.
Poor dear.
Arcane Blood - August 12, 2005 07:34 PM (GMT)
What was Kriss supposed to say in response to a noise? Make some sort of intelligent statement about it? Truth was, Kriss didn't know what to say. Fancy that... someone who knows all the words for all the occasions dumbstruck by one damned word. Not even a word.
So instead Kriss only frowned, let the candy stay in place for a minute. He looked rather exasperated, looking to Ziggy as if he were a child.
"You're supposed to say, 'for what'?"
Kriss had only wanted to see the man's reaction, and quite frankly he wasn't pleased with it.
You'll have to make it up somehow, Zig.
Kaylee - August 12, 2005 08:57 PM (GMT)
Ziggy blinked and then his mouth closed, a hint of a grin there for a moment. The man's comment stung for a moment, but a sip of tea and he felt better. He had caught on too. Oh dear, hopefully there will be no bad line involved. He leaned up a bit closer, green eyes looking through thick eyelashes, it wasn't on purpose though. There was a hint of a smile but he hid it, keeping his face rather open and curious.
"So...Officer...what's my punishment?"
Was he flirting with the man? By George he might be. Simply amazing really. His tone was rather light. His mouth slightly open with the lower lip slightly stuck out, but not in a pout. Cutie. And he doesn't even know he's doing it...slightly. He's not too pure, if Kriss doesn't abuse him, he'll be good. Seriously.
Arcane Blood - August 13, 2005 10:39 PM (GMT)
He had been displeased for the moment but as the man caught on the smile retunred to Kriss' face. Quite a charming smile, really, and Ziggy's comment had really amused him.
"I'll think about it. Make you wait and wonder." Kriss is just mean like that. He piques people's curiosity and then leaves the subject hanging or makes the subject realize he really had no point to begin with. A real charmer, really.
I doubt Ziggy will be saved from Kriss' abuse, but he'll at least spare him enough that he won't break. He's only playful is all.
(Sorry for taking so long to post! D:))
Kaylee - August 14, 2005 12:02 AM (GMT)
Kriss really does have Ziggy's attention, he leaned closer in fact, like a timid kitten reaching for a toy that one is holding. He may be shy, but he isn't without a backbone. His head was cocked, dryish hair falling face face and here was his pout. Only the one's who cannot feel emotions can resist that pout (a slight exaggeration, but he is a maginificent pouter, really), it's really a kissable expression. His large eyes looked in to Kriss', only wavering slightly.
"Aww, you're so cruel."
The way he dragged out the words and that expression, really irrestible. Kriss though, might just be able to remain cold and wave off that pout. Which would be something new. Ziggy just remained there, leaning towards Kriss, face tilted up and staring at him. He'd look really cute with cat ears. Seriously. Such a sweet, innocent looking thing.
Arcane Blood - August 14, 2005 02:45 AM (GMT)
"That's not the first time I've heard that, honey." Soft, breathy, delicate. It fit Kriss in an odd way.
He could have resisted the pouting, could have even resisted the way he deliciously dragged out those words. But those lips, he had been resisting since he first looked at him, and he just... couldn't resist anymore. Ziggy leaned forward and Kriss did the same, offering him a tasty kiss on the lips.
How's that for a punishment, hm?
Kaylee - August 14, 2005 02:07 PM (GMT)
Ziggy was shocked. Really shocked but it was a small thing compared to the pleasant chill that ran down his spine. The other had kissed him, yes? And damn, he was a good kisser. Let's make it last a while.
Ziggy replied back to the kiss, even maybe deepening it a little bit as he usual does, with tongue. Ziggy himself was very good at kissing, it was a talent of his really. One with lips like that should have the talent of kissing, or what else would he use that mouth for?
A blush had crawled over his face, green eyes halfway closed and head tilted back. This was pleasant, but the other didn't seem to be letting go anytime soon. Best if it was Ziggy who ended it.
And after a few moments he did, pulling back slowly. Mouth still open, breathing rather hard, and eyes almost closed, blush across his nose and cheekbones. the expression was otherwise known as 'just got a long and very amazing kiss, do it again and I may faint or something'. His eyes were still on Kriss, perhaps even looking in his eyes.
He didn't say anything. Still calming down.
Arcane Blood - August 14, 2005 02:20 PM (GMT)
Kriss allowed him to deepen it, let him do as he wished. Oh, alpha male is giving the subordinate a chance to prove himself worthy? How pleasant, and Kriss was indeed very pleased with the results he got. He was even pleased that the other male had pulled away first and known how to stop.
"Mm... is that all you use that pretty little mouth for?"
He spoke first, breathing even and quiet, a smile spread wide across those thin lips of his.
Kaylee - August 14, 2005 02:30 PM (GMT)
"Mmm...no, but you'll have to find out later what I use it for."
Later, not now, not in a little bit. Ziggy is not going to be hopping in bed with this man. That would probably kill him. He's already had enough today. Ziggy isn't the person you have a one night stand with, he'd prefer having a girlfriend than being a fuckbuddy. Seriously. It's be a whole hell of a lot more pleasant.
Those lips that Kriss seemed to lust after formed into a grin, or a smile. It could be taken either way. But it lit up his face, after all, Ziggy look better happy than not. He's an optimist after all. And this place seems to lack them, someone needs to be around to smile.
Arcane Blood - August 14, 2005 02:43 PM (GMT)
A feral smirk creased his lips and he leaned over the table somewhat, pleasantly sipping his coffee. Other things, hm? Perhaps it's one of those things that Kriss has running through that unclean mind of his.
"Oh, I will." If time was all he needed, Kriss would give him forever. Not really, but... well, the man could be patient.
"And has anybody ever told you you looked charming when you smile?" A compliment from Kriss... that meant more than he just wanted to bed him? The end of the world is near, folks.
Another sip of his coffee which tasted unusually bitter compared to the kiss of Ziggy.
Kaylee - August 14, 2005 02:52 PM (GMT)
The feral smirk made Ziggy somewhat uneasy, but instead of leaning back he simply took a sip of his tea. He must buy some for his home. And then that response, well now, Ziggy's smile almost widened. Instead of frightening him, it amused him more. He knew if the man had really just wanted a one time thing, he probably would have not allowed him to break the kiss, and would have dragged him out the door by now. How pleasant.
"No actually...people have said other things, but not that...thank-you."
It was true, in his memory he could not remember ever being told that compliment. Beautiful, handsome, pretty, and other things yes, charming. No...not really. How nice. He really did mean the thank-you and his smile only seemed to light up even more. He was starting to like Kriss himself. How sweet. Like his tea, a possible reason why their kiss had been sweet and spicy. Or maybe it was both of their flavors.
One can never really know.
Arcane Blood - August 14, 2005 03:13 PM (GMT)
Eyebrow. Kriss almost subtly choked on his coffee, mildly surprised. His expression didn't change and he did not in fact choke on his coffee, however. "Really? My, das ist schade." His voice, richly accented seemed even more tinged with honey now. The smirk dissipated into a small sort of grin.
"Well, the first time is the sweetest, I suppose."
One more sip. Both his coffee and his excuse for being here were emptying.
Kaylee - August 14, 2005 03:26 PM (GMT)
The grin left and a full blown smile was replaced. Cup in both hands, now nearly empty, he took another sip. He'd look good in a big sweater, curled up and giggling. But he wasn't giggling now, no it was like a laugh, pleasant and soft, but not quite timid. It was a sweet little laugh, his other louder one was usually reserved for funny things. He recognized the language as German and smiled.
"You speak German?" Of course he knew the answer and continued on smiling, "I speak Russian." A rather blank but amused look replaced his smile, "Not much help here really, but it's got uses." The smile was back and another sip. He liked the other's smile.
"Yes it is, but I'd hope that it doesn't get any less sweet."
Cause that would be dissapointing, no wonder why people break up with people after a while, things went from sweet to bland to sour. Very good logic actually. He blinked, wow, go Ziggy. He felt kind of smart and his smile got just as pretty as it had been when it went to full blast. Thinking positive thoughts always raises his mood.
Arcane Blood - August 14, 2005 05:21 PM (GMT)
Kriss should have been proud to make the other male laugh but he really wasn't, since he could really make him laugh if he wanted to. Kriss could wind most of anyone around his slender and pale finger if he chose to do so. But now he just smiled, turning his head away for a moment.
"My dad's German. I had to learn." He'd also grown up in Germany for half his life. "Russian, hm? I would never have guessed."
He wrapped his fingers around the cup in thought.
"Always assuming there's room for it to get any less sweet, doll." Smile, flashing straight white teeth.
"But I like that." How you assumed.
Kaylee - August 15, 2005 02:31 AM (GMT)
Ziggy nodded, his near empty cup held between cupped hands. His head was tilted and he set the cup down, reaching up and pulling his hat off, setting it down in thought. His hair was fluffing out now, returning to it's wavy form. He smiled.
"Yea, Mum was Russian, and proud of it."
Why did his thoughts have to flop down into the Nazis and the Soviet Union working together? What a bad thought. He stiffled a snort. How odd. He lifted the cu back up, sipping it. Damn, it'll be gone in a bit. Ziggy was dividing his time between listening to Kriss and sipping on his coffee. Then the other had stopped talking and Ziggy subtly jolted himself out of a daze. It wasn't that he found what Kriss was saying boring, of course not, maybe i was this cold that was getting to him.
Hopefully he wasn't coming down with a cold. He looked over to Kriss, smile replacing that near blank look of approval. He gave a quick, breathy laugh and looked up at Kriss, daring to look in the eyes of the other.
"Very much pleased you do."
Texan drawl. Oops, he was getting lazy with his speech. If he was lazy with his speech, his accents came out. A near unnoticable blush came over his face, he wasn't ashamed of his accent, but he thought he just sounded so...crude compared to the beautiful accent of the other. He blinked and looked up at Kriss, wondering why the other hadn't gotten irratated at his rather meek self. He bit his lower lip slightly, looking almost worridly at Kriss.
"Am I annoying you?"
Be truthful Kriss, just try not to be too harsh. He's trying his best, and really, he is getting comfortable being near ya.
Arcane Blood - August 15, 2005 11:37 PM (GMT)
"Mm, I see." Faint smile as he looked down into the black liquid that almost gave a reflection but didn't, instead offering a rather blank emptiness. "I would have to guess you lived out south for some part of your life, hm?"
The lazy drawl was near soothing, and he smiled knowing that Ziggy didn't need to think so much about his words for them to sound deliciously charming. Wider smile now, and he took another sip of coffee.
"If you were annoying me, honey, you'd know it."
He'd actually be rather annoyed if he rambled off into a tangent or something of the sort. He could deal with him being meek, just no more animal noises, please.
"Right now you aren't."
(short, sorries! D:)
Kaylee - August 16, 2005 12:04 AM (GMT)
( Don't apologize! >.o Or I smack you! ))
Ziggy gave a chuckle and nodded, this time not even bothering to straighen out his speech, but not slipping entirely into it.
"I lived in Texas all my life really, 'cept for the past two or so years...kinda fergot..."
Another grin and a nod, showing that he understood the man. He was really running out of things to say and before he could stop himself, he gave a litle yawn, blsuhing in turn with a wince.
"Eh, sorry, just a little cold an' tired..."
He took a long drink of the tea, the taste heating him up once again, just for a little bit. His legs pulled up from the ground up to against his chest. He wasn't shivering quite as bad as he had been. He cast a small glance and a smile at Kriss, watching a new batch of people enter. There were quite a few young women giving Kriss googly eyes. Who could blame them? The guy was a total eyemagnet. He really didn't notice any of the girls who were casting him glances, paying more attention to Kriss.
"Meh...I killed whatever conversation we had going."
Ziggy made a rather apologetic face before filling his mouth with tea, looking up as some girls walked by, winking and giggling at Kriss, as Ziggy thought. He just gave a soft snort, sipping more. He was kinda hungry. Damn this place and their lack of pineapples.
Arcane Blood - August 16, 2005 04:46 AM (GMT)
((Go ahead, smack me. :))
"Oh, must've been nice. I hear they have a lot of ranches and things down there. I still have to make it a point to go down there." He gave an easy and light shrug, finishing off the coffee with another somehwat sip. It was highway robbery for a small amount of coffee in this kind of store.
"It's okay. I can't say I blame you, kid. But I should be going, hm?"
he looked at Ziggy for a moment and then turned his head to look at the girls eying him up. He offered a charming smile, lips curved upward into a graceful bow.
"All conversations die. It just makes room for another, even if it's later on."
Kaylee - August 16, 2005 06:09 AM (GMT)
(( Nuuuu! You'd like it way too much xD ))
Ziggy nodded.
"My...father...owns one of the largest in the state of Texas, very big cattle business and stuff. I grew up at the ranch, rasied by the cowboys that worked there. I love my home...kinda miss it too."
Slurred in Texan with a wide, lazy smile. He really did love that place. He took another long sip and the set it down in slight dissapointment. There was none left anymore. How sad. He looked up to Kriss and gave a small shrug.
"Yea...guess I should be going too..."
He watched the other and nodded. Yea they do die...but this one will continue later. Ziggy was sure that he wanted that to happen. Now, he wasn;t used to doing this but he did this time. A tan hand was lifted and set onto the arm of the other. He gave a shrug and said.
"Can't do it tonight, but if you're ever not busy...wanna go out somewhere sometime?"
Wow. How forward.
Arcane Blood - August 16, 2005 02:25 PM (GMT)
"Mm, really? It must've been nice," he said with a gentle nod. He picked up the empty container that had once been filled with coffee and stood after the man had laid a hand on him.
Hm, what was that? Kriss sort of smiled, since Ziggy really didn't seem like the type to ask somebody that and be so... well, forward. Surprise, surprise, though. Kriss just supposed it was because of his charisma and confidence that Ziggy warmed up to him so quickly.
"Of course not tonight, but let's set something up. Do you go clubbing?"
He took a step to the side so that if Ziggy wanted to get up he could.

Ziggy nodded, schooching out and standing up, out of the booth. The reason was more like, bored with nothing to do, and while kriss made Ziggy somewhat nervous, he didn't scare him shitless. Good thing. The other smiled, nodding.
"Yea, a lot since I don't have much else to do."
He rubbed the back of his head sheepishly, using the other hand to pick up his hat and set it on his head. He smiled at the other, picking up his now empty (sob) cup and started pulling on his clothes, straightening things out. He hated how his sirt clung to his chest, a bit well, tight.

Kriss didn't even bother to adjust any of his clothing before walking over to a garbage can to dispose of his cup. Then he looked over his shoulder and gave a little yawn.
"Mm. Got a number, doll? I could call you when I'm not busy."
Kaylee - August 16, 2005 03:24 PM (GMT)
Ziggy had followed Kriss, depositing his own cup into the bin and nodded. Kriss' yawn was contagious becuase once the other finished and Ziggy opened his mouth to speak, he gave a little yawn himself. After swallowing, he nodded, looking around for a pen.
"Yea, I have two actually...um, here, I'll give you my home and cell..."
Too bad he didn't have his own cards, he should get some. And have them waterproofed. He grabbed a pen from the counter as well as a litle coffee card, writing and labeling both in his simple but neat handwriting, writing 'Ziggy' at the top. When done, he offered the card with a sheepish grin.
"Here!"
Arcane Blood - August 16, 2005 03:44 PM (GMT)
"Thanks. You're a doll, you know that?" another slightly lazy but still straight and white charming smile. he leaned up against the counter for a minute, pocketing the card with a nod.
"I'll call you sometime, then. But for now, I suppose I should bid you farewell."
Kaylee - August 16, 2005 03:57 PM (GMT)
Ziggy nodded, "Now I do." He laughed, stepping up a little closer to Kriss, raising an eyebrow before giving a smile and nodding towards the door with a lazy gesture.
"Shall we go out together?"
That didn't take much courage, and damn, it was still raining. How...fun? Ziggy's smile grew wider if possible, he really liked the rain. It was probably much warmer out there too.
Arcane Blood - August 16, 2005 04:20 PM (GMT)
He gave a soft chuckle when Ziggy laughed. It pleased him to see the other laughing, perhaps at himself. A small smile.
"I suppose we shall." I more ways than one, too.
"Let us go." he said softly.
Kaylee - August 16, 2005 04:29 PM (GMT)
"Let us go indeed."
Ziggy walked with the other ouside, enjoying the warmth of the weather. He turned to Kriss, and then gave a cheeky grin. This was proabbly the boldest thing he'd ever do, Kriss will have to start some things himself. Ziggy isn't always as sure of himself. that cheeky grin lit up even more as he tugged on Kriss' arm.
"How 'bout another one of those amazin' kisses of yours as a good bye?"
He gave a laugh, blushing ever so slightly. It was bold, but he was obviously still somewhat shy about it.
Arcane Blood - August 16, 2005 05:21 PM (GMT)
It was warmer outside but still raining like a gentle spring mist, and Kriss shook his head in the rain, hair still wet and spraying Ziggy slightly. Then he laughed.
"As you wish."
And he pulled him in close to him rather quickly, kissing him on the lips and slipping his tongue in the other's mouth.
Kaylee - August 16, 2005 05:32 PM (GMT)
Well that was faster. Ziggy almost didn't register the fact he was being kissed. But the feeling of the other's rougher lips against his own very soft ones brought ihm back to reality. Ziggy loved that feeling, adored it in fact. And he replied back, his arms wrapping around the other's neck. Forget about slow, shy kisses, these were hormine filled men. Or maybe testosterone. Whatever.
Ziggy made a purr like noise in the back of his throat, enjoying this throughly. very throughly indeed.
