I honestly don't know whats wrong. If you use AOL, they may have it firewalled or something so you can't see them.

yeah that used to happen to me on AOL, the parental controls blocked almost every Av anyone had, that might be what your problem is.

i know that happens to me sometimes, and i all i have to do is restart my computer, or run AD-AWARE, and they work. Its usually because... well, i dont know why, but it works after i restart/run ad-aware/delete my history.
