He might just have only noticed it. Or he might just be worried that he'd lose Hermione as a friend if she doesn't feel the same way. I don't know. As its written from Harry's point of view (sort of) maybe Ron hasn't admitted it to Harr but he has to himself.

Ok this is weirdly starting to sound like my life.....but from personal experience.....if ron knew how we felt and he felt the same way ....he would make a move.....he is just worried about the friendship thing and the whole "does she feel the same way?"
