Några av Er har haft problem med att få bilderna på forumet att ladda upp (t.ex. "New Thread" eller "New Poll" och att Ni bara får ett rött x där bilden skulle ha legat. Det kan bero på olika saker. Prova först att ladda om sidan (högerklicka och välj refresh). Fungerar inte detta kan Ni högerklicka på det röda x'et och välja "show picture". Fungerar inte detta heller finns det några olika tips här nedan, som jag har fått från Invisionfree's support forum. V.g. meddela om något av dessa tips hjälper.

1) What I find helps is adding the sites hosting the images to your trusted sites on both IE and your firewall

: Tools -> Internet Options

Security (tab)

Click on "Trusted Sites"

Click "Sites..."

Make sure that there is NO check mark in the box below.

Type in:

http://*.invisionfree.com

Click Add

Click OK

Click OK


Det är dock mer troligt att problemet ligger hos Er Firewall som blockerar port 54. Invisionfree fungerar tydligen så att text och vanlig info går via normala port 80, medan bilderna går via port 54. Här nedan har jag fått lite tips om hur Ni som inte kan se bilderna kan gå till väga. V.G. meddela om det hjälper.

2) i think you should change your connection to port 80 and enable proxy settings!
that works on all my computers and i have a lot of computers under me belt!
about 250 and 2 @ home.
and i have a red hat linux server aswell.
so this works on all my comps so try that.

2b) I can say for 100% sure that the problem is due to the fact that the images are on port 54. How i know for sure? I tested on my normal connection (behind firewall) and all pages take ages to load with no images. If i change my internet settings to use a proxy server over port 80, all works fine with a normal speed on the same connection.

: - Setup your browser to use this proxy (IE: Tools, Internet Options, Connections, LAN Settings, Use a proxy server, fill in proxyserver address and port, make sure you select "Bypass proxyserver for local addresses")
