Title: Asteroids

Man what a great game, one of the best surely?

But anyway, I was wondering, what the best version of it for Gameboy Advance would be, is it on a compilation cart, or emulated or what? Is there even a good one?

Over to you gaming know-alls.

There's an original stand up cabinet in my local arcade. 10p a go - £1 lasts me at least an hour. Every street should have one.

I struggle to hit 10k on MAME. On the proper cabinet, I can get over 50k. Although the hyperspace button is l too far away from the shoot/thrust ones for my liking.

Anyone tried running it on a GP32?

It's on Atari Anniversary Advance or something with a very similar title for GBA, along with Battlezone, Centipede, Super Breakout and a pretty good version of Tempest. All decent ports, but I don't think there's high-score saving.

Well no hi score save is a bit pointless then isn't it? I don't suppose there's anyway of using a flash cart to save hi scores is the?
