I'm not exactly for sure Jess, let me see if I can look into it. Jeremy would probably know more about it. But if push comes to shove a Headmaster should be able to change it for you.

I can check on a few things for you, but in the meantime PM a Headmaster to change it. :D

I hope you can get your problem fixed. You always have cool sigs. :D
I haven't tried to change mine lately, so I don't know if I'm having this problem as well.

I might just be be but try hitting your computer. I play online games and when ever my comp is going slow in the heat of the action i tend to kick it. And it always seems to work.
(Warning to Kids, do not try this at home)
Minerva McGonagall - February 8, 2004 05:28 AM (GMT)
Well, I was able to edit my siggy, so I don't know what's up with yours. Sorry! I hope that our wise headmasters can figure out the problem. :)

I believe the fault lies on your comp; propably with Java implementation. Signature editor uses Java, so it might help to try reinstalling java-gadgets. If that feels too technical, You might want to try using the "Opera" browser instead, which has built-in java - different with Internet Explorer.
Using Opera does not prevent You using Internet Explorer.
You can download Opera here:

Actually, here's what IF says:

The problem is related to the glow filter he has placed on his signature. Some configurations of Internet Explorer crashes when it encounters a glow tag that isn't closed properly.
I suggest that you edit the member name by clicking on the Find/Edit/Suspend User link on the left side of AdminCP. Then search for the member having the problem. You'll be able to modify the signature there. |
I took out the glow, so try it now.
