Hey, when DooM Legacy comes out with full hexen support, that might be a possibility! :lol:

Hexen has neat features like sloping floors, real opening doors. ( Some that open side to side, not verticaly. ) and even breaking glass! :rolleyes:

These combined with 3d sectors and other legacy features, would make a great church!

possibly an additional level for cq2? (in chex city)

How would interdimensional religion work? If Jesus was in our dimension, how would Chex guys know about Him? Maybe He goes around from dimension to dimension, saving each one, making rounds like a traveling salesman. I guess that could happen.

well if any of you have seen the movie Shrek, i have been thinking of making a big catherdral hall like where the have the wedding in duloc at the end, and then i would just make the rest of duloc, but i would prolly have to use a heretic wad to run it, it seems most fitting

You mean hexen.

Heretic does not yet support slopes. Only Hexen and Quake do that I know of.

But you still could run it off the doom.wad. DooM Legacy is trying to make these features avalible for editing for all iwads.

I personally would like to keep Chex Quest free from slanting to one particular faith, but a church is a good idea. But here's a better one.

Why not an entire religious compound, similar to the Vatican?

Why should we pay tribute to Doom? The whole point of ChexQuest is to celebrate the importance of eating healthy (even though cereal isn't healthy) and not fulminating people into bloody corpses. XD

Well, I don't like Doom, so I don't really think paying tribute is really necessary. But that was the idea behind chexfan's post.

dont make the church lean towards any particular religion, possibly like a giant building with stained glass windows, pews, and a altar-type thing at the front

That sounds cool. But as for paying tribute to DooM, remember that without DooM, there'd be no Chex Quest. So a little tribute isn't that bad an idea.

as for doom tribute, think about it, if doom hadnt been created, i gurantee an fps wouldve come along sooner or later and that would be what chex quest was converted from and we would be paying tribute to it instead! ^_^

well another idea would be an apartment complex but chexboss is already workin on that one, hes got road systems with the lines and stuff a regular road would have

We need a slime covered Theme Park, called Six Flem, Slimey Land :D

and have a farris wheel that stopped because the slime was holding it down

and have Flemoids in the riding a working rollercoaster (If thats possible) ^_^

doubtful but it would be cool

at least have a broken down rollercoaster and see flemoids everywhere
