Not any on the internet.
But if you have the DooM2 IWAD, then run legacy with DooM2 and add the rainbowstar.wad from the samples folder in your legacy folder. That has lots of legacy features.

I made a reference sector. Made on of the line defs type 281, and taged it to the sector I wanted the 3d floor in.

thats the way i first got started and now iv'e almost finished with a wad.file i made in wad author, its kinda short but its not too bad, i kinda have an obsession with 3-d sectors so theres a whole room with like a bunch of bridges :D
