Hi all! :ph43r:
I am a devoted fan of Chex Quest like the rest of you, and I need a question anwserd: how many Chex Quest games are there? I know of
Chex Quest 1: a cd that came with the actual cereal.
Chex Quest 2: after defeating chex quest 1, you were sopposed to go to www.chexquest.com and download the second half of CQ; but sense that website is not youruleschool, I was forced to find CQ2 for download on the web.
Are there more CQ games? I've downloaded a Chex Quest 3 that says it's fan made. I can't seem to make it work though. :(

Ok ill give you as many as "I" can. youd probably be better off hearing it from someone else, but...
Cq 1
Cq 2
Cq 3 beta 9.9 fan made
The ultamite Chex Quest ( still in progress )
Chex Quest Fighting
Cq 4 ( pearsonal, looks like the ancient video game pong)
Chex Quest Advanced ( Still in the making )
And thats as many as i can think of.

Don't forget Return of the Chex Warrior and Chex Quest 2D!

And CQEE (extended, originally called CQSE - special edition) if you can count that one.
BTW don't try to find CQ4 or fighting anywhere, because you won't be able to.

Humble apologies, Froghawk. BTW, whatever happened to extended EDGE? What port was it run from?

CQ 4 and fighting are not on the web anymore. CQ 4 was fun (even though the graphics were bad and it broke my mouse). CQ Fighting wasn't. I made The Return of the Chex Warrior. It was my first game. The graphics were bad. So was the game play. Believe me, it's not worth downloading (that's why I didn't put it on my site).

Personally, I liked ROTCW. Grafix are only so much, and as for gameplay...... the flemoids coulda been better, but it was good.

The boss level gave me a headache, though.

I was suppost to do that.

Headache is an understatement. It was impossible to hide from that thing!
I still enjoyed the game, though.

The game was good, but the boss level hurted my eyes after awhile

It was run on the EDGE port. I figured if anyone really wantedit, they could just find the edge port and put in the wads.
Actually, the first time I beat the ROTCWE boss, I jumped up in an opening through its green things and shot it. Now that I know how it was done from the editable, the only thing I find hard about it is not losing concentration.

Was the opening on the left near the beginning of the room? That's how I beat it. In fact, I think that's the only way to beat it.
chexfan2000 - September 18, 2003 10:24 PM (GMT)
Actually, you don't have to shoot it. You just avoid getting hit long enough and it turns into a flag.
Dacicus - September 18, 2003 11:13 PM (GMT)
How did you avoid it? I never lasted more than 10 seconds (probably) unless I jumped through the hole in its shots.
