Description: AND A MERRY CHRISTMAHANAKWANZA, TOO!

atariangamer - December 24, 2007 05:51 AM (GMT)
Well, by my clock it is almost one in the morning, Dec. 24. Since I won't get on this morning, I thought I'd say Happy Christmas now. I hope that everyone has a good one, and that wherever you are, Your dreaming of a White Christmas. Well, If I could give a gift to some major people, This is what I'd give:

Manny Cav: "The Grim Fandango" - Finally you could play it.
Xbolt: The perfect game - If you haven't found it already
Quarkz: The Blessing Cannon - For your "Forum Fight"
Pikazec: A good computer and all the resources - to make mods, of course.
Lucius Octavion: The best multiplayer network - for your mod.
Dvader: A big check - you might need it. Plus alot of older games. You seem to like those.
Richie: A bigger forum - even though this is quite enough!
EDITS:
ZorchDude: A very nice graphic maker - for your mod.

Everyone else, join in, list what you'd give each other. These are the top ones that came to mind, so give the others gifts, too! I might check back in later, so see ya! :hi

Loremaster--A 2008 Ford Shelby GT500.
xbolt--A better internet connection than dial-up. :P

I'm going to be off any computer beginning Christmas, so don't plan on seeing me after today until New Year's. :)

Dvader0086 - December 24, 2007 03:25 PM (GMT)

manny cav- T1 line

Not only do I use the worst dail-up in existence, but I am also convinced that I use the worst broadband in existence. -_- T1, sans the monthly bills, would be a lovely miracle.

atariangamer - December 25, 2007 02:51 AM (GMT)
Well, I think its time for the final goodnight. Oh, and somemore gifts!

boingo - a time stopping watch to give you time to work on your projects.
quarkz - a new avatar (since I can't give clothes...)
manny cav - a good wireless card. (I'm picking up someone's that doesn't even live near me.)

(oh, I really am getting into the old games. try some. go to dope roms, download an emulator and some roms. If its really old, its free and legal. If its maker isn't in business anymore its free and legal. If it still is copyright protected, its free and legal (only for 24 hours, but if you get good 'net, its cool. just redownload)

eh hem...sorry, but the gift of gaming is something I can give. Well, HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO ALL, AND TO ALL A GOOD NIGHT!!! May visions of sugar plums dance in your heads tonight (I'm saying good bye because I live on the east coast, and its 10:00 pm here, now. to quote my favorite half old-skool game, "See ya later, brickulator!"

Well, Christmas Eve is coming to a close, with Christmas drawing fast. The big guy's gonna be a commin' soon, so I won't be back on until the New Year breaks, or later. In the meantime, I wish a merry Christmas and a good night to all, and a happy new year!

Richie, I've only seen the ending.

Loremaster - December 25, 2007 05:28 AM (GMT)
I'd get y'all the best present ever.

Christmas with your loved ones.

Merry Christmas y'all.

xbolt - December 25, 2007 08:06 AM (GMT)
It's Christmas! Wahoo! Merry Christmas everyone! And thanks for the virtual presents! :D

And I actually learned something this Christmas that I never knew before. I had been wondering what sort of celestial event caused the Star of Bethlehem to appear, and the pastor said what it was in the Christmas Eve service.

Using computers, scientists have been able to roll back celestial history and look at it. And what they found, was that around the time of Jesus's birth, Jupiter (the king of planets) and Venus aligned themselves so that they were apparently just barely touching each other. This caused them to brighten into a very bright 'star' that was impossible to miss.

That was a very interesting bit of information that I never knew before.

(On a side note, I still haven't decided on the perfect game... ;) )

atariangamer - December 25, 2007 01:18 PM (GMT)
Hey, something like that happened in the new Nativity movie (last year).

Well, for me, its 8:30 Christmas Morn. and YAHOO! I got my keyboard! and Lessons! So you might be hearing some original songs by me, or some video of me playing. Later though. Gotta learn how-to first. I'm leaving in a few miniuters to go to my grandma's for brunch and presents, then up to my other grandma's for RIBS and presents. (she promised us ribs last time, then out of eight people, my dad said he wished for something called oriental beef, and guess what we got.) I also got the first 3 seasons of the 1970's show "Emergency!". Did any of yall see those? Not originaly, but at all? They are kinda like ER, but cleaner, not so much drama, and kinda funny. Well, gotta go, so Happy Christmas everyone! Have a good one!

Lucius Octavion - December 25, 2007 03:14 PM (GMT)
Happy Christmas everyone!

What kind of keyboard is it?

Anonymous - December 25, 2007 04:07 PM (GMT)

Merry Christmas, guys!  I'm posting this from my new DS!

You have to have the DS Web Browser. I got that along with my DS Lite and Pokemon Pearl.

Allen Walker - December 26, 2007 05:32 PM (GMT)
Hmm. It seems we have some new faces ( :bday :hi :grr :gag: :harhar: :duh: :approve: :disapprove: ) on these forums. Anyway, thanks for the virtual gifts! Kuwabara and I got some new Shinais and I got a book on japanese learning via manga examples. Also, Kuwabara got the D.N.Angel boxset.

Kuwabara - December 26, 2007 05:40 PM (GMT)
"Allen + Kuwabara- a trip to otakon"

Snake: Otacon, who are those two guys behind you?

Otacon: There a couple of guys that were sent to me by someone they know online.

Snake: Well, can they help take out Metal Gear?

Otacon: No, but they can tell you random phrases in Japanese.

Snake: On the battlefield, you don't care about Kanji's and Kana's.

But, here is my list.

Loremaster: A sub-atomic particle splitter (good for his Enginnering class!)

Boingo: A real life Nazi! (you can steal his weapons while he's sleeping)

richie: General Ulysses's sword. (So he can admin up a storm looking cool)

brain candy: Floss for her brain (too much brain candy will give you brain cavities.)

rushnerd: A: Backstage passes to Rush. (that way, he can be a nerd suiting of his name.) and B: the lastest Photoshop. (it's obvious0

xbolt: rubber armor (so he won't be shocked by his own name)

Pika: Pokemon Snap (so he can take a picture of himself)

DVader: Darth Maul's lightstaff (because it's so kick-butt!)

Octavion: A Spencer 12-hole Ocarina ('Cause he seems the Ocarina type)

Mob: A "Chicago Typewriter" (your not a mob without one of these babies!)

BTW Boingo: Be proud of Allen and I, among other things, we got Rayman Raving Rabids.

atariangamer - December 26, 2007 08:07 PM (GMT)
 Thats probably the best list this year. Especialy Boingo, BC, Xbolt, and Pika.
And I liked that little dialog thing at the front. That pretty much sums up you two.

Lucius Octavion - December 26, 2007 11:10 PM (GMT)
I'm the ocarina type eh? :D Actually I don't play ocarina or any wind instruments as a matter of fact. My sister plays the ocarina though, and she has this one here. It's not 12 hole though

atariangamer - December 27, 2007 03:06 AM (GMT)
When he said ocarina, my mind went zelda. The nintendo 64 version of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. ^_^ (but I never played it, odd)

I have pokemon snap, too. But I just gave away the system, and kept 2 games...I guess I'll have to get an emulator.

(I just got a late gift from my dad. An electric SHAVER. <_< Do ya think he's tryin' to say somethin'? Well, actually, he has been saying alot, and has been wondering why I avoid the topic till he heard what my sister and cousin said when they saw it.)
