I have some news... Today I put some music into my WAD. It sounds great... I hope to have more music on there and use little from CQ 1 and 2, I am kinda doing thing out of order, but that's ok... It's my MOD... I also rearranged some of the items and monsters on my .WAD, and I hope to do more of it once it time to do the mapping...

The story goes for Map 1-5:

You have been contacted to a research facility on the planet ALPHA 3... Upon arriving you notice that there are no scientists to meet you... Instead you find a river of slime and some flemoids guarding it... You quickly grab your Prototype Mini Zorcher and zorch the flemoids... But it's not over yet, The science facility has a message on the screen from HQ... The message tells you that they dectected a rift opening in sub space that give direct acess to the Flem Demention... The rift is now closed but somthing came out of it... A large ball of slime... Now the only thing to do is recover the scientists and report back to HQ... If you can servive...

This story does reflect on one of the five parts of the game... There will be 7 bonus levels, and some fraggle scripting if anyone can help me with it... As for the Sniper Zorch Riffle, it is one of the new weapons you will find in the game. As stated before this will be a MOD for doom 2 using the freedoom iwad... I have started Phase 1 wich is loading new images into the WAD... I have come up with some chaicter ideas, but I need some help with using the varius editor for the game...

You see, I would like to get this done as a .wad that is done right, with the right tools... I have no idea how to use DeHackEd, and make more monters with different images that do the same thing, and I know a little of Doom Builder, but I do not know enough... If anyone can help me with my project eather making new images, maps, or can teach me how to use DeHackEd, Please let me know by PMing me...

You ever heard of Flem Blob? Try Replacing that over Monster Spawner.

Sorry for not answering you questions,

rrppo: I am using some music for www.vgmusic.com and some from my own libary that I have.

MON: First of all, you and mattbratt are getting on my nerves! Stop Spamming and saying other useless crap. As for you questions: 1. The game is coming along fine... I added a new weapon to the game and it seems to work out well. 2. Yes it will be big because there are complex graphics going in created by the GIMP and there are uncompressed sounds in there as well. So until I compress them in .MUS they will be big.

I will be working on new weapon sounds for all of my new weapons... Untill then it's drawing, drawing, drawing!

Not much to show... I haven't really changed the levels other then moving the monsters and changing them. It still looks like the free doom iwad levels only with some changed graphics and some CQ graphics... Oh and new music!

P.S. I will release a new bata soon, after I make the queen's high guard.

I haven't actually seen this wad before, I joined after the post deletion.
I still want to see some screens, I never actually got that far in freedoom, so a later level would work.

Nope, the Queen's High Guard is the queen's protectors... They are the bosses before the queen. You will only see the queen about 2 times in the game, since the story requires you to defeat her 2 times.

The story goes like this:

Once you get there you see that the base has been completly overrun by flemoids...

After you defeat all the little flemoids and the mastermind behind the base attack, HQ tell you that you have to go to the planet BETA 6 to stop the flemoids from fooling around with the time machine they are building there. The reason they built the time machine, was to go back in time and stop the dementional rift from forming, bringing the flemoids to this demention. You go to BETA 6 and find that the flemoids have overrun that base too. You defeat them and the mastermind of that attack, and use the time machine to go back in time to Bazoink, finding that condtions are even worse then before...

The whole planet has slime on the surface, and there are more flemoids then before... You get to the caverns to recuethe scientists and you find the queen. You zorch her back to her own demention and decide to enter the rift before it closes to zorch her into a completly different demention...

You go forward intime enter the rift and upon arriving on the new flemoid homeworld, (Flemoid Prime 2) you set your zorcher to an unoccupied demention and continue zorching the flemoids from that point. After the queen is defeated, you learn from the flemoid computer, (Yes, computer!) that this demention is unstable and will constantly be opening rifts to this demention. You decide that since the queen is in another stable demention, you may not hear from the flemoids for some time...

As for Zorchdude's question: Just download the old alpha then download the new alpha, because, this project is far from over...

If anyone can tell me if they hear the music in the wad, that would be great. Otherwise I'll hafta covert it to .MUS format.

Until then, I am having a freind come in and help me on my CQ, make some walls and graphics and stuff... I think I really need it since I can't draw...

But there is good news... I am making new sounds for my CQ...

And I have a question...

In order to make an intro movie do you hafta use fraggle script? I was wondering because I have an idea how to make a movie just like in CQ 1 using Smaker and/or Bink movie making tools... It would be cool if I could use the tools, and Fraggle script...
